Times Have Changed

The first thing we want to say is that personally we think that what the FTC are doing is a good thing, and we support it 100%. After all they are essentially cleaning up the internet and removing any dodgy, non-transparent websites.

Attorney Mike Young has written a great post about the two key website issues that the new Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Guidelines discuss. These two issues concern compensation and context.
